Brandon Thomas, Data Center Architect
Brandon Thomas has over 15 years of experience as an IT professional. Brandon began his career in 1999 at a small computer shop doing network infrastructure. Later, he moved on to Trident Technical College as a student and an employee. At Trident Technical College he had the opportunity to build, from the ground up, the school’s first Virtual Desktop environment using the Cisco UCS and Nexus equipment as well as VMware virtualization. Following TTC, he went on to support a large DOD Datacenter as an intermediate tech, proving himself as a talented troubleshooter. He worked up to a top tier Network Engineer able to support multiple sites as well as a large group of customers that migrated to the Cloud via AWS and Azure.
In his off time, Brandon likes to build and race cars, tinker in a multitude of diy projects, and enjoy the eclectic food and beverage scene of Charleston. He and his wife are permanent parents of 3 and foster parents to many other children.
Brandon recognizes CyKor as a leader in technology solutions and is looking forward to bringing his datacenter experience to the table of a strong collaborative team that provides innovative solutions to both customers and partners alike.
