Callaway joins CyKor with more than two decades of dedicated experience in the federal public sector under her belt.
CyKor is proud to name Valerie Callaway as the company’s new Vice President of Solution Delivery, effective Monday, April 14, 2025.
In her role, Callaway will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution and quality of technology and business solutions at CyKor. She will ensure all client solutions are delivered effectively, efficiently and in alignment with client business goals and expectations.
CyKor VP of Operations, Mark Guadagnini, says Callaway will have an instant impact and is a “slam dunk” addition to the growing organization.

Callaway boasts more than two decades of dedicated experience in federal public sector organizational management, transformation and policy. Prior to joining CyKor, she spent nearly five years as a senior leader at Peraton, an IT solutions provider in Northern Virginia.
“Val’s strengths in P&L management, business development, and strategic planning will drive our business growth and process maturity to expand our capacity,” says Guadagnini “Her exceptional skills in client relationship management, team leadership and vendor management will help us build stronger partnerships and deliver exceptional value to our customers.”

Callaway communicated her excitement and vision for CyKor as she begins her new role.
What are some of your top priorities for your first six months in the role?
I’m diving in with curiosity and intention—eager to understand the organization from the inside out, learn the organic processes that make CyKor tick and build authentic trust with the team. My focus is on connecting the dots between current customer opportunities and CyKor’s exceptional capabilities, unlocking new value and impact. Most importantly, I’m asking one simple but powerful question across the board: HOW CAN I HELP? I’m here to serve, elevate and grow—together.
